At PRED, we believe that conducting thorough risk assessment during the acquisition process is a key pillar of our success. We adhere to strict underwriting parameters with the intent of generating outsized returns for our investors while prioritizing capital preservation. We regularly evaluate new opportunities sourced through our founders' network of owners, brokers, and vendors, which they have built over their +80 years of experience in the Northeast.
Build
We have expertise in all phases of the development process, from entitlement to construction and project management. Our leadership's prior experience encompasses a variety of project types, including single-family home subdivisions, shopping centers, and apartment buildings. Through our established procedures, PRED ensures that projects are efficiently managed with the intention of delivering them on time and within budget.
Manage
Similar to our project management in the construction phase, we maintain hands-on management of our assets upon completion. We rely on diligent benchmarking and regular tracking in order to deliver the plans initially conceived at acquisition. Our attention to detail is intentional.
